My Learning Center is excited to announce the new Bob Gee & Associates series focusing on this exact topic: Building Your Business for the Future. This new series is designed to equip you to set up your business for a successful future: 

Course 1: How to Drive Your Business with a Powerful Mission and Vision Statement
Building your business for the future begins with a strong mission and vision statement.  First, you have to know why you do what you do and then you have to be able to communicate this vision to your people. Only by taking the time to work on your business and not just in your business, can you focus on increasing profitability and not just revenue.  This is your chance to think about your business today and imagine what you would like for it to look like at a date…5 years or even 10 years into the future. 

Course 2: How to Structure Your Business for Success
Structuring your business for success requires clear expectations and job descriptions that support your company objectives and allow you to spend more time working on your business and not just in your business! In this module, you will gain clarity regarding the tasks required to position your company for sustainable growth as well as how to identify who is responsible for the completion of those tasks.

Course 3: A Game Worth Playing
A major key to success in the HVAC business is a clear mission and vision for the company. The vision guides everything the company does as it interacts with customers and potential customers. The Mission is external and fulfills the promise to your customers. In this module, you will learn how to manage the company using the mission and vision as your guide in creating greater success.

Course 4: Moving from Point ‘A’ to Point ‘B’
Managing the day-to-day operation of an HVAC sales and service company is challenging. Keeping each member of the team going in the right direction and doing their job in the most productive manner takes a lot of time and effort. What kind of map do you have for taking your Company from Point A to Point B? What is Point B? Do the members of your team know where Point B is? In this module, you will learn how to develop a simple, five-year system to keep you on track as you move from Point A to Point B in your business.
